De gastronomiske eksperimentatorer Roberto Flore og Josh Evans fra Nordic Food Lab gør os klogere på fremtidens mad, når de fortæller om, hvordan de skubber grænserne for gængse kulinariske metoder og traditioner. Foredraget indeholder et smugkig på den danske instruktør, Andreas Johnsens, kommende dokumentar om insekter.Foredraget blev holdt i forbindelse med CPH:CONFERENCE - Art, Technology & Change den 10. november, 2015.

To broaden our horizon on the food of the future, we have invited culinary experimenters, Roberto Flore and Josh Evans from Nordic Food Lab to come and share their experiences and methods for pushing culinary methods and traditions. Their talk includes a sneak peek of Danish filmmakers Andreas Johnsen’s upcoming documentary about bugs.This talk took place at CPH:CONFERENCE - Art, Technology & Change, November 10, 2015.
